I’m not a coach. I’m not some Insta guru selling you affirmations in a soft voice with a ring light on. And I’m not here to hold your wounds like glass, because you’re not fragile. You’re powerful, you’ve just been lied to for too long.

I’m Dr. Karen Demmery, A drovers daughter, a drovers grand daughter, a drovers great grand daughter. A proud Wiradjuri and Barkindji woman, trauma survivor, ex-addict, truth teller, cycle breaker, and straight-up system shaker.

I grew up being told to be quiet. Be good. Don’t make waves. But life? It cracked me open. Drugs, alcohol, shame, silence, trying to be who everyone else needed me to be, it nearly took me out.
I know what rock bottom tastes like. And I know what it takes to rise from it.

But I didn’t just rise. I built a business, a movement, and a damn legacy from the ashes.

Now I train thousands, I speak truth in rooms that weren’t built for women like me, and I help women all over the country break out of survival mode and into power.

I’ve created spaces where women can remember who they are, reclaim their voice, and walk like they were always meant to lead, not beg to belong. And I do it all with fire in my belly and culture in my bones.

This isn’t about healing so you can feel "better." This is about healing so you can lead, dominate, and build a life that feels like yours, fully and unapologetically.

I don’t work with women who want fluff. I work with women who are ready to burn the rulebook and write their own. Women who are ready to get loud, get paid, and get free.
